I am currently an undergraduate student at the National University of Singapore, pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering. I have most recently interned as a Process Engineer at GSK's R&D Pilot Plant in Jurong, Singapore. I have experience as an engineering intern at UES Holdings, where I worked on the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant Project. I also worked as a tutor/part-time teacher in academies where I teach high school students in Physics, Maths, and Chemistry. Previously, I have also had an internship at the Indonesian upstream oil and gas company Energi Mega Persada. I have roots in multiple countries, such as Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Indonesia, where I completed most of my secondary education. I feel that my international background and experience with people from a multitude of different cultures has allowed me to have ease in assimilating and working with people from all sorts of backgrounds. I would say that this has granted me what I believe is one of my greatest strengths, which is working with others and forming connections that go beyond the workplace or classroom. I also have a great desire to learn from all sorts of fields, even those with no relation to my major. Holistic growth has been one of my most significant focuses in life, which is why I am participating in a plethora of activities from football to the performing arts.
