Work and Responsibilities at IBA :-• Client and Delivery management for execution of mid and senior level mandates with complete ownership of client and candidate management.• Leading and creating a high-quality clients deliverables/documentation - role specification, search strategy, candidate mapping and assessments and client presentation.• Strategize and design search methods and implement best practices.• Complete ownership of driving the P&L of designated business vertical.• Leading and managing healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders. • Building and leading the knowledge management tool for internal stakeholders.• Leading, Mentoring and directing recruiters & team leads to perform their daily work.• Support to team during walk-in’s at the client end.• Responsible for full cycle of end to end recruitment.• Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales Recruitment. Maintaining Daily /weekly/monthly reports of the requirements, submissions and profile status, Interviews, placements.• Update current and design new recruiting procedures.• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.• Keep track of recruiting metrics.• Implement new sourcing methods.• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.• Research and choose job advertising options.• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.• Participate in job fairs and career events.• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
