The Systems Engineering Manager from the Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) leads a team of Security, Enterprise & Cloud Networking Technical Solutions Architects and Specialists from the Multi Country Region to deliver pre-sales support on specific Cisco architectures with main focus in the MCR region and the Mid-Size market as part of the Global Virtual Sales & Engineering organization.

Enterprise & Cloud Networking Virtual Pre-Sales activities to address specific customer needs. Working to position the best solution effectively against competing offerings and effectively communicate across all functions within and without Cisco being a leader in the Technology/Solutions field.General activities include the demonstration, design and presentation of Cisco product and solution technologies to a range of internal and external audiences, including partners and customers, to develop a technical business relationship, by understanding their needs and applying relevant Cisco resources to meet their objectives, acting as the technical trusted advisor for every opportunity developed.

Work with sales and customers to develop technical solutions design, enroll managed services, provide highly skilled assistance to recommend and position effective IT products and architectures, to perform complex design on Collaboration, Data Center, Security, VideoSurveillance and Enterprise Networks. Provide senior engineering leadership to review new implementations, managed services solutions, changes to services and infrastructures, ensuring that a holistic network perspective is taken into consideration with respect to standards practices, technology vendors and solutions.

Define technical product design, develop and implement product positioning programs focused on Collaboration Solutions for sales, presales and engineering teams to accelerate product immersion. Define roadmap and updates to maintain the program aligned to the needs and the constant technology changes.Develop highly effective presentations with potential customers that include TDM's and BDM's.

Certified Cisco Systems Instructor focused on specialized training in Enterprise Networks, Collaboration, Information Security and Network Design. Service delivery of education services to the customer on site or through virtual web conference services for the LATAM region.Pre-Sales Engineer in education services and commercial support in specialized training on networking technologies. The main objective is to develop consultant services analyze the customer needs and prepare education solutions that fix their technology focus.

Consulting services and business partnership with Cisco Premier/Silver/Gold partners to develop projects that include the financial preparation, pre-sales and technical design, implementation and support of information technology solutions in different vertical markets.
