Throughout my life I have attempted to take the ideas and concepts in my head and reproduce them in as many forms as I can. Whether it be through animation, life drawing or character designs, illustrations, plush design, beading and jewelry making. I have always felt the need to create and be creative.My approach as a texture artist is to design using traditional methods, take that design and turn it into a pattern and then to produce a plush representation of that original design. As a line is the start of every design, it is carried thru into the 3D realization. Every creature sports its lines on the outside, not hidden and turned under.I love to play with colour, so the lines contrast the body and allow for greater combinations of colours. My beadwork follows the same path, pulling inspiration from the cabochons I work with; stones, fossils, glass & lampwork. Each piece I bead is OOAK and hand-stitched with care.My main aim is to instill a sense of playfulness and whimsey in my finished works that will appeal to all, both young and old.

The division I work in was relatively new, working with the other Supervisors, I pulled a lot of my previous experience to create training and processes. When the on-duty Supervisor, I communicate with the scheduled agents to provide support, setting breaks and lunches and addressing agent questions and concerns and daily dialogue with upper management. In my role as trainer, I revised and created content for training of agents in systems use and customer service aspects.As an agent I gather American customer information regarding their household moving needs and assist them to speak with qualified movers in their area.

I monitored agent status and in-day productivity and manage queues in real time to reduce abandon rates, meet service levels, and ensure the right agents get the right calls. I also generated daily reports, maintenance of schedules and manage time off allotment by queue and shift. Communicating deviations in performance to management, I worked one on one with supervisors/mangers to maintain coverage.

I assisted the Agent Supervisors of InBound Canada with agent incentives and sales recognition, multi-site productivity tracking and the creation of digital media images streamed on site. I also identified Agents targeted for live call review; work with the individual Supervisors, action the call review and provide real-time feedback. I worked with internal WEB.com departments; providing web site provisioning, webcard research and creation.

I also dealt with escalated calls, address customers concerns and mediate difficult situations as effectively as possible. I initiated contact with existing customers regarding their accounts, consulted on the needs of their business and made recommendations on ways to make their online presence more effective. I also answered general service inquiries and trouble shot products when applicable.

Responsible for character design refinement of mascot characters for a local restaurant, Gullabull’s. Characters were designed for compositing into photographs in a ‘we were part of history, we were there’ feel. Also created character illustrations for use in restaurant advertising, signboards and menus.

Taught students basic animation and layout & design techniques. Was responsible for developing the curriculum of the Classical Animation aspect of McKenzie’s “2D/3D Animation & Visualization program”.

Studios - responsibilities included designing character rim lights and tones, keying out such scenes and rendering rim lights, tones, and drop shadows. Was also one of the “trouble shooters” put to task on conflicts and problems within scenes, was required to adjust animation when necessary to make the scene work. - Edumundo Production’s Francesco’s Friendly World - designing and rendering various effects including body shadows, snow and drop shadows.Assistant Animator - Edumundo Production’s Francesco’s Friendly World - assistant to the Director of Animation.
