-Territory: Westcoast-51-500 rooms on peak with meeting space-Solicit, propose and contract convention groups-Conduct site visits and entertain potential clients

Territories Including:Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.Ensure the complete coordination of convention groups between 10 and 50 peak nights.

• Worked as liaison between the client and Bellagio team to communicate group needs and expectations to all required departments; such as banquet setup, catering, reservations, housekeeping, etc.• VIP Specialists• Building strong relationships with meeting planners• Playing a vital role in securing repeat programs• Established positive working relationships and partnerships with all clients prior and upon arrival to hotel. Coordinated all logistical details once group finalized sales contracts.• Monitored groups from arrival to departure to ensure all expectations were met.

• Assist the Executive Director of Convention Services with his daily client and program needs.• Coordinate client needs prior to major site inspections for managers such as reservations, amenities, transportation, dinner and entertainment, special requests and room checks.• Record, edit, maintain and revise group resumes.• Assist in responding to customer daily correspondence and requests.• Assist in handling client needs in the absence of assigned CSM's.
