Created Manuals and Procedures for and to train the Resort Security Staff. Introduced a custom EXCEL VBA based system to monitor and evaluate Security Staff's performance in a numerical fashion and to automatically create Daily Status Reports for Management in an effort to offer the guests the highest possible level of security.

I accepted the position of Director of Activities at this 4-star resort a few days after it opened its doors to the public. I supervised amenities like Ice Cream Parlor, Movie Theater, Game Room, Bowling Alley, Fitness Center, Indoor-Outdoor Pool, Hot SPAS, Pond Fishing, Outdoor Skating Rink, Tennis Court, Platform Tennis Courts, Beach Club with water front activities, including Canoes and Kayaks as well as 3 motor boats. In addition to the above, a unique Children’s Program was created. Not only did I hire and train new staff, but also created detailed manuals and procedures, including SOP’s. Once the Activities Department was running well, I was given the additional title of Director of Securities to do the same things for that department as well.
