My role involved developing and implementing multiple internal and niche projects across Impellam's multi-branded business to turn strategy and vision into business plans, practice and progress. I worked across the business from strategic concept to customer experience, incorporating all functions and every brand.In all projects and tasks, I revealed and articulated issues which had previously been overlooked or not fully understood and I was effective in evangelising for the CEO's vision and values to increase resonance and in appreciating concerns and resistance. Highlights of my project work included instigating and implementing site performance improvements with evidence based arguments, developing internal and cross-team cooperative practices to improve query response quality and robust expectation management of the CEO and of 30 team members. I foregrounded and articulated the necessity for excellent Information Architecture and Usability to ensure a productive daily experience for my internal customers (the employees). I insisted upon more thorough Quality Assurance, consistency and performance as well as quantity metrics. I balanced the priorities of the directors, the user and the ability of the software, working closely with the developer as well as internal and external IT specialists. - Impellam Group is an international staffing group based in London, England. It spans a range of recruitment specialist sectors as well as providing multiple managed service models. The group is leading a cultural shift in recruitment and staffing. I worked directly for the Group Director of Marketing and Service Transformation.
