Responsible for :• Providing 100% availability of fuel to support mining activity• Providing 100% availability of oil supply to support maintenance activity• Creating delivery order plan to fuel and oil suppliers and monitor the fulfillment• Coordinating with the ship and owner to ensure the docking requirements are set• Performing fuel depth sounding and conversion into L15 method.• Performing fuel sampling and analyzing the fuel cleanliness and FAME Content• Creating transporter plan to deliver the fuel from port to in mine storage tank• Analyzing the filtration method used to deliver the best fuel cleanliness with the lowest cost possible• Leading a team of 11 fuel truck drivers and 16 fuel men to ensure the refueling process is to be done 100% every shift• Leading a team of 3 admins to generate daily reports, analyzing the stock fulfillment, and executing the transaction recording to big data.• Improving the monitoring process with the help of Google Cloud Computing• Create mobile apps to help deliver data as fast as possible, to improve the subordinat's productivity.• Perform annual flowmeter calibration to improve the accuracy of flowmeter• Visualizing stock qty different with graph from field captured data• Performing cost analysis, identifying the root cause and perform improvement.

Responsible for• Sourcing suppliers throughout Indonesia• Request for Quotation to any request from user• Negotiation of several quotations to get the best benefit in terms of Lead Time order and Price• Creating purchase orders and make sure that suppliers commit with the tax rule.• Analyzing invoice problems with the three way matching (TWM) method, collaborating with finance department.• Performing urgent analysis of user need and deciding the most beneficial mean of transporting goods.• Performing supplier meeting and evaluation process• Analyzing the best approach for fabrication requests, finding the good balance between user need of quantity, quality according to the available materials in market• Analyzing price index of goods from various suppliers• Leading a team of purchasing officers to deliver the maximum support to user

Responsible• Data cleansing from mincom ellipse report• Maintaining the stock availability to reach as high as the 99% target• Creating a stock reorder tool using VBS as data cleansing and process automation• Perform daily stock taking and monthly stock taking to make sure the first different is below the allowance• Perform coordination with vendors (PT.United Tractors, PT.Eka Dharma, PT.Partsindo, PT.Bina Pertiwi to implement Vendor Held Stock system• Evaluate VHS Performance to make sure the achievement reach as high as the agreement target 99%• Evaluate vendor stock readiness to conduct a predictive analysis for availability achievement• Evaluate stock effectiveness as high as 90% of all items provided by vendors.• Identify slow moving stocks using pareto analysis and communicate with another branch for stock optimization• Set the required parameter like Unit of Purchase for each item before recommended order is being processed so there's no redundancy in reorder proposal to purchasing team• Analyzing the stock movement and update the stock list monthly / 3 monthly / 6 monthly.• Research for OEM Parts to cut the supply chain and report for further analysis and mass order from head office.• Ensure every stock in the system matches the rule of cataloguing, and cleanse the garbage data registered in ERP system• Leading a team of inventory controller, cataloguer and stock taker
