Leading a group of 45 motivated associates in responsibility of SW development and testing for Electric Power Steering Systems and Active Front Steering SystemsAchievements in my responsibility as group leader:- Sustainable team grow (team was more than doubled in 3,5 years), promoting young professionals in the business of automotive (44% of the team members were hired directly from the local university or from Bosch internship programs which I facilitated). Based on the positive feedbacks and trust of our partners, the group became with 01/2020 a department.- Successful developed series projects for VW, VW Nutzfahrzeuge and Audi.
