• Determine and provide solutions if a arcade systems are malfunctioning•Making sure all arcade systems are fully operational•Making sure environment is cleaned•Perform diagnostics to make sure systems are functional•Provide customer service to guests during a malfunctioned arcade system Skills Using to perform duties:1) Communication: communicating with employees and guests is a key skill because if there is a arcade system malfunction I will be needing to figure out issue and explain to guest whats going on and how I will refund there credit back on to them.2) Time Management: Working in a arcade environment is a fast pace environment because at any given moment a arcade system error can happen at any given moment and you will be needing to determine and provide solutions quickly.3) Computer Knowledge: Being able to use programs such as excel and ADP software is a key skill needed for this. If you need to give a refund to a customer, you will need to know the exact amount and knowing how to credit back is important.
