Completing over 400 hours of direct paid research in Chemistry, under the mentorship of University faculty, leading to proficiency in organic synthesis, product purification, and product identification, enhancing technical skill set relevant to the field.

Involved in the synthesis of triazole-based BRD4 inhibitors as a mentored research experience, and developing dual BRD4/HDAC inhibitors as an independent summer research experience. Employs organic synthesis and biophysical characterization of inhibitors as part of collaborative project.
