Dr. Sequetta F. Sweet is currently Assistant Professor of Organizational Leadership and Chair of the Ed.D. In Organizational Leadership Program at Stockton University in Atlantic City.Dr. Sequetta F. Sweet founded Atteuq Potential Unlimited, Inc. in 2005. Atteuq provides Performance and Talent Management consulting with emphasis on Human Resource Training, Development, Organizational Learning and Change. The ultimate objective is to assist in improving individual and organizational performance – unleashing potential and driving performance. She served in IT roles from Requirements/System Analyst toApplications Development Manager. She has worked at fortune 500 companies in both Rochester, NY and Boston, MA. Dr. Sweet served as an adjunct instructor at Monroe Community College in the Office and Computer Programs department for two years and at Bryant and Stratton College for two years. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at several area colleges in Rochester teaching management classes and teaches online management classes at Ashford University.In August 2012 Dr. Sweet received her doctorate in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY focusing her dissertation in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Learning. She served as a graduate assistant to the program and completed field experiences in Entrepreneurship with the College’s Bittner School of Business. She holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher College and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
