- Intake mail from county offices- Prep claims for processing- Check for errors in the paperwork - Review scanned claims and assign them caseworkers- Report any errors to supervisors

- Provide Day Badges for team members and visitors.- Provide Parking validations for visitors and members from other Health Net, Inc. Offices.- Answer and direct calls to team members or the call center.- Trouble shoot minor IT problem in the office.- Input data to update account and files.- Summit monthly reports and conduct audits.
