  As the Plant Controller, responsible for a variety of important tasks that keep the plant running smoothly. One of my main responsibilities is the monthly closing process, during which I analyze financial statements and forecasts for the plant. I also look for cost savings opportunities and track the progress of current initiatives.In addition to these financial responsibilities, I also manage the physical inventory audit process and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures. I act as a scorekeeper for labor and variable spending and work with the Plant Lead team to develop annual budgets and forecasts.As part of my role, I also coordinate supply chain services within the plant, including raw material planning and ordering, scheduling, and inventory control. This helps ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and that the plant is operating efficiently.I also act as the HR representative for the plant and handle customer and vendor interactions. I'm the point of contact for payroll discrepancies and adjustments and work closely with other staff members to support safety, production, and quality.
