I have been working in customer service since July 2016. During that time, I have learned how to properly service customers and give them the best shopping experience possible. I can confidently sell a product and assist customers in finding the best product to fit their needs. I am very persuasive and have a talent for selling any product while making each customer feel comfortable and attended to. I handle confrontation in a professional manor and can usually find a solution that satisfies and customer and follows company policy. I work very well with others and believe in the power of teamwork while maintaining efficiency on my individual tasks. Currently, I study at Sinclair and plan to finish my associate degree in Business Administration. I also work as a sale associate with two different retailers.
