When I was twenty I went to get my first and only tattoo. It was a self-design and personal motto, the mathematical symbol delta with the infinity sign intertwined. At the time I called it "Becoming" and I continue to explain it as always changing, trying to be and do better. Years later, I realized the irony of getting a "continuous change" symbol permanently inked onto my foot. Now I live by that motto everyday as the Chief Information Officer for Red River. There are always ways that we can improve, personally, professionally, and organizationally. The tremendous growth of our company has meant never a dull day and always a new challenge. I am lucky to have built a team of talented IT professionals spanning infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, and business intelligence. Together we are solving complex problems each day that result tangible business outcomes.
