• Daily administrative duties to General Manager • Daily liaison with clients and staff via telephone and email• Coordination of General Managers’ diary and travel plans scheduling• Ensure that advertising schedules are booked as per clients’ requirement• Ensure that payment are effected in line with the Service Level Agreement • Daily data entry management and coordinating• Daily liaison with other radio stations in the surrounding areas for scheduling of radio programs

• Daily administrative duties to CEO and executive management• Daily management and coordination of meetings for the CEO and executive team• Coordination of executive team diary and travel plans scheduling• Preparation of performance reports for annual presentations• Daily liaison with clients and or staff via email and telephone• Offering help to the finance department with Invoice batching, matching and entry• Daily liaison with other radio stations in the surrounding areas for scheduling of radio programs• Coordinating signed contracts and or agreements with clients and other radio stations• Daily liaison with the production and technical department for any help with administrative work needed or as per requirement.
