-Support all maintenance procedures to ensure that job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly, efficiently and in accordance with established procedures-Assist the development of a highly professional maintenance team and coach employees to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in daily performance-Support maintenance’s team management and promote effective cooperation between Technical Department and all other plants’s departments-Assist the development of a highly professional maintenance team and coach employees to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in daily performance.-Manage FI teams

- Take ownership and accountability for managing Shift operations and resources to ensure efficient achievement.- Lead and develop team to high performance including coaching, communication, motivation and engagement.- Record and report of all relevant KPI’s in the area of responsibility.- Analyze, monitor and follow up of tasks/projects in the production department.- Promote a continuous improvement culture in the team and across the department by supporting the TPM method implementation (Total Productive Maintenance).- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.

- Machine operator- Carrying out routine maintenance- Troubleshooting sudden malfunctions- Ensuring enough raw materials are fed into the machines- Conducting periodic checks on output efficiency- Setting up machines to start a production cycle- Supervising the Quality Control of production process
