The student organization (Electrical Engineering STudent's European assoCiation) I have been a member of has a Training Team whose goal is to pass on knowledge and experiences to it's younger members. Becoming part of that team was a big challenge since only 15% of applications get accepted. After 2 weeks of immense trainings I gained the necessary qualifications and knowledge on how to design and deliver a soft skills based training on my own, based on the needs of the participants.As an EESTEC trainer I have delivered over 100 hours of soft skills trainings to students all around Europe. These trainings are interactive and cover a vast amount of subjects from Body Language, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Delegation, Team Building, Conflict Management and Presentation Skills etc. Each training is at least 4 hours and requires weeks of preparation, which includes reading books on related subjects, talking with fellow trainers and researching.Delivering Trainings since 2013 is one of the most exciting experiences in my life so far since it combines learning and teaching. Learning because I have the opportunity to study thoroughly interesting subjects, and teaching because I have creative control to organize and design the flow of the training specified 100% on the participants' needs and finally deliver it and witness the satisfaction of passing on knowledge, ideas and perspectives to other people.

I had the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with astronauts and contribute to operational initiatives that directly impacted the International Space Station (ISS). Working alongside experts, I actively participated in projects aimed at enhancing astronaut training courses and procedures, as well as developing instructional materials for use on board the ISS.- Collaborated with a team of experts to develop instructional videos based on ESA astronaut training materials crucial for ISS operations. These videos provided vital information and guidance for astronauts on the ISS. I ensured the accuracy and effectiveness of the training content through close collaboration with instructors and subject matter experts.- Engaged with ISS payload instructors to improve training courses and operational procedures. Working closely with these professionals, I gained valuable insights into the requirements and challenges faced by astronauts during missions. This collaboration allowed me to contribute to the development of training courses and materials that better aligned with the operational needs of the ISS.- Created on-board training (OBT) materials to enhance and, in some instances, replace previous ground training for astronauts. This involved developing comprehensive materials for astronauts to directly use on the ISS, ensuring access to critical information and instructions. By utilizing my technical skills in video production, editing, and animation, I contributed to the creation of effective OBT materials.- Conducted a thorough analysis of the existing ESA Astronaut Basic Training program, focusing on structural efficiency and content effectiveness. The objective was to reorganize and revitalize the courses and instructional approach to better serve future astronauts. This analysis provided insights and recommendations for improving the training program and ensuring its relevance in preparing astronauts for missions on the ISS.

Each month i propose blogs and websites to the newspaper readers of a culture group at my hometown. The newspaper is published monthly and has more than 2000 readers.

- Coordinated a 5-member team to organize the inaugural "Soft Skills Academy" in Athens, a 2-day intensive workshop aimed at bridging the gap between university education and the job market.- Successfully selected and managed a cohort of 40 students out of 200 applicants for the workshop, which included 4 interactive soft skills-based trainings (4 hours each) on Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Creativity, and Emotional Intelligence.- Ensured the smooth execution of the project by maintaining a clear vision, organizing team members, monitoring task completion, conducting meetings, and providing mentorship to enhance individual performance.- Celebrated the continued success of the "Soft Skills Academy" even after 2 years, with a solid foundation established to transform it into an annual event.- Established a remarkable reputation for the "Soft Skills Academy," as over 50% of participants secured immediate employment following the workshop, and the number of applications exceeded 700 last year.- As a founder, I am optimistic that future organizing committees will drive the event closer to its vision, raising the bar for future participants.- Successfully established the "Athens Soft Skills Academy" as an annual event, ensuring its continuity and ongoing impact on students' preparedness for the job market.

- Played a pivotal role as a member of the core organizing committee for the Job Fair Athens, the largest project I have worked on, encompassing a significant budget and coordination of approximately 100 volunteers.- Successfully managed a 2-day fair, attracting prominent companies such as Google, Microsoft, Oracle, and Workable, fostering connections between companies and university students for potential employment opportunities.- Demonstrated strong leadership skills by overseeing a team of ~60 volunteers, ensuring effective monitoring and coordination of tasks.- Took charge of assessing organizational needs, devising and implementing a comprehensive marketing campaign, establishing connections with potential media sponsors, and creating engaging promotional content for multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, G+, and LinkedIn.- Gained valuable experience in working within a fully functional team, effectively communicating and negotiating with large corporations, conducting important meetings, resolving conflicts, and addressing challenges.- Witnessed the remarkable outcomes of a year-long effort in just 2 days, as the Job Fair Athens attracted over 3,000 visitors and facilitated more than 2,000 interviews, making a significant impact on the Greek job market.- The voluntary nature of the project added a deeper sense of purpose, as the team collectively strived to fulfill the vision of empowering young people in Greece to make informed career choices and equip them with the necessary skills for success.

I was one out of the 5 board members at my Affiliated (local) Society. We had meetings on a weekly basis and organized projects and field trips to Aeronautical Industries for all the members of our organization.
