Hi, nice to see you here! 🙋‍♂️I am a young Business Manager (Master's degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa) who recently turned CMO at Entrega Total and Co-Founder of Doutor Finanças Antas, Porto.At Entrega Total we help people manage businesses! 📊 That has been our mission and slogan for more than 25 years now. Through our expertise of having helped hundreds of businesses these years, in the areas of accounting, consulting, payroll and financial analysis we are proud to say that we never had a client leave because they were not happy with our work!Now we also help people take better financial decisions - Doutor Finanças Antas, Porto 🥼 we are the biggest online mortgage brokers in the country (Doutor Finanças) and now Entrega Total, in partnership with Doutor Finanças, opened the first physical location in Porto to help people with their mortgages.For the first 3 years of my career out of college, I worked in Planning & Performance Management at Efacec. I was responsible for analyzing and evaluating the financial viability of potential big projects (>1,5M€) and for developing weekly and monthly performance reports of the business units.Here are a few examples of my work there:✅ Analyzed Cash-Flow, Financial Indicators, and potential Red Flags of 𝟭𝟬𝟬+ 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀.
