Upon joining the company, I was tasked with designing the Venteny Management System (VMS), a system intended for use by various divisions within the company. Over a three-month period, I conducted primary research, interviewing employees from the business development, CRM, legal, finance, risk analysis, and collection departments to understand their daily workflows and the platforms they used. Additionally, I performed secondary research, analyzing case studies to gather relevant references. This thorough research informed the creation of user flows, sitemaps, and initial sketches. Due to the project's scale, the implementation was segmented, with priority given to the business development division, focusing on CRM functions. I worked closely with developers to finalize and ensure the implementation of the final UI design.Additionally, I was assigned to revamp the company’s mobile app, VENTENY Employee Superapp, continuously enhancing its design and introducing new features. I was also responsible for redesigning the homepage of the B2B dashboard, which will be used by our clients' HR departments to manage the employee benefits provided by our company. In each of these projects, I collaborated closely with developers to refine the final UI design.I also worked alongside the brand communication team to revamp the company website, incorporating feedback from department heads. Beyond design, I contributed as a talent for brand communication assets, which are used in content for Instagram posts and the company website, and collaborated with copywriters on content development, providing accurate Indonesian structures and English translations where needed.Throughout all these projects, my designs served as visualizations for the company heads and developers, with the understanding that some adjustments might occur during the development process.
