I am the Head of UBS Asset Management Technology, a proud leader of a global and diverse team. It is my responsibility to drive the technology strategy and agile transformation to deliver modern and differentiated platforms for our clients. Since joining UBS in 2006 I have held a variety of leadership positions such as head of Shared Services Operations, Head of Operations EMEA, Chief of Staff to members of the Group Executive Board. Prior to joining UBS I worked as an auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC). Throughout my career I have been a member of various boards such as the Board of Directors for UBS Business Solutions (India) and the SWIFT Board of Directors. This has helped me develop my leadership skills, broaden my knowledge regarding the different boards’ strategies and decision making processes and exposed me to different leadership styles. I am a resourceful and results-driven manager with extensive leadership experience and a proven ability to build strong teams and implement large scale transformations.
