- To confirm that deliveries have been delivered as loaded (capture delivery details, Process Deliveries, Process Return Delivery) and to resolve discrepancies.- To be responsible for researching invoice disputes relating to incorrect quantities, excise or ASTM and processing adjustments where necessary to correct.- To confirm that loadings are entered correctly into the system and resolve any problems associated in this area- To make delivery confirmation in SAP according to actual deliveries metered on the trucks- To file and/or scan Delivery Documentation.- To clear error log and records movements.- To reverse and report stock movements to ensure correct duty liability is calculated.- To be responsible for the re-posting of goods receipts following sales adjustments.
