Implemented projects for Agriculture Credits, Telephone Banking and Cash Management Services. Managed all steps (initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closure) of branch and telephone banking / VTM machines applications. - Defining the Stakeholder and playing an active role in preparing the Project Management Plan. Identifying the necessities, defining the scope, determining the activities required, providing to determine the requirements. - Performing the related activities according to the execution, controlling and monitoring and closing processes during the Projects. - Giving support to call center, which has a capacity for 290 employees- Managed all the steps (initiation, analysis, monitoring and controlling and closure) of telephone banking applications such as internet & telephone banking customer application services, call center customer services, credit and debit card services, account transactions, funds transfer services, foreign exchange services, investment transactions etc.

Executed the maintenance activities over the Payment System application of Association of Social Insurance of Turkey, running on IBM mainframe and serving to 6 million retired in the nation. As a team member of the consultancy services, the requests are handled by the change request management cycle and applied by using COBOL and CICS.- Prepared all business requirements and functional design specifications of the changes by studying the law and regulations causing the changes.- The system has performed with 0 errors during 7 years period despite of approximately 7000 change requests which are delivered with the ~150.000 lines of code.- Managed all the steps (initiation, analysis, implementation and closure) of 3 major new projects for new modules in the application. Average project lifecycle was 5 months.- Delivered training and consultancy services to the customer IT team.
