By leading an agile team of 14 people including 4 backend developers, 5 mobile developers, 2 business analysts and 3 test specialists, I am responsible for delivering latest technologies for our Android POS product. I prepare Product Backlog in order to improve our product constantly and meet customer demands. Some of our customers are Paycell, Tüvtürk, PTT, EleksePay, OzanPay. I work closely with Sales team, Project Managers and Software Engineering Managers in order to figure out the current needs and determine the priorities of Product Backlog Items accordingly. In order to deliver a better customer experience, I work with UI/UX team closely. I am the voice of the product. My motivation is for every customer to feel lucky to use our product.

By leading an agile team of 7 people including 3 software engineers, 3 QA specialists, 1 certification analyst, I am responsible for delivering the latest technologies to the banks by developing their banking applications in Verifone POS terminals. I serve to 7 banks which are YapiKredi Bank, İşbank, Akbank, QNB Finansbank, TEB, Vakifbank, Ziraat Katilim Bank. As well as delivering multiple projects to the banks at the same time, I am responsible for managing L3 certification tests and developments of card schemes. Recently granted Letter of Approval from Visa, TROY and Mastercard.I am the voice of the product. I work closely with sales team, vertical applications development team, other banking applications development team, business analysts and product managers at banks. I also communicate with authorities like BKM and Mastercard. I serve to the foreign customers like PVH Corp and Deichmann about their inquiries on banking applications.Some of the projects I led :- PIN entry under CVM limit according to the choice of the issuer (BKM mandate)- Digital receipt (BDDK mandate)- Contactless installment - QR sales/void /refund - Chippin entegration

By leading an agile team of 12 people including 8 software engineers, a business analyst, a test specialist, an operation specialist and a customer experience specialist, I was responsible for the following products:- Super POS: Being the first in the sector, Super POS enables merchants to provide their customer to make installment for every credit card. This is not possible for a bank to do as its own technically. In cooperation with payment facilitator MOKA, Super POS campaign was developed and released by our team in digital channels of Isbank.- Instant POS: Developing our Instant POS product, which offers the opportunity to have a POS with an end-to-end digital experience from our digital touch points, and continuously improving the customer experience.- SoftPOS Contactless transit (acquiring) project in urban transportation: By eliminating the dependency of domestic and foreign individuals on transportation cards, the project to enable simple and easy transitions with any bank's contactless credit/debit/prepaid card in urban public transportation vehicles.Successfully executed KFT (Known Fare Transaction) model. Successfully passed from MasterCard's NIV testing and M-tip L3 testing & granted certification from MasterCard. Passed Visa MTT (mobility and transport transaction) certification, being the first in the sector.- Top up of transportation cards: A project for our customers to easily top up their city transportation cards from our digital contact points.- Relationship management with 3rd parties, international card schemes (Visa, MasterCard), legal authorities

Maternity leave

I had goals such as acquiring new customers, deepening in new customers, activating inactive customers by offering campaigns like cash advance for their credit cards, free loyalty points (MaxiPuan) to those who enter to Isbank’s digital channels, retaining our customers whose salary agreements have expired, increasing Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) permission ownership in the entire retail customer base.

Maintaining our relations with more than 110 business partners operating in the Maximum contracted tourism, telecommunications, jewelry, cosmetics, book and stationery sectors, organizing campaigns so that our credit card customers can benefit from opportunities such as gifts, MaxiPuan (loyalty points), discounts, additional installments, and payment delays in these sectors, and meeting our business partners' POS turnover targets. I was responsible for following up the turnovers and taking actions for the needs of the POS member merchants.

I was responsible for advertising, sponsorship, direct marketing and public relations activities for core banking products (such as loans, deposits, savings products, capital market products, payments, other service packages) offered to our individual customers. I worked closely with creative agency, media buying agency, event agencies, lottery agencies. In the Business Unit, I served the customer segment teams, the Product Division, the Loans Division, and the Capital Markets Division.
