After getting my bachelor’s (2002) and master’s (2005) degrees in the Department of Computer Engineering, I started to work in Turkcell Northern Cyprus (KKTCELL) in 2005. I have been on many different duties in KKTCELL from 2005 up to 2020 and successfully took important responsibilities.Within my first years in the company, I performed all the task in an IT team such as software development, billing and reporting. When I rapidly solved the tasks given to me in the “Data Warehouse Project”, additionally gravitated towards other tasks and finished them as well, this attracted the attention of my manager and I was promoted as the FIRST ANALYST of the company. In the year that I became an analyst (2009), with the 3G, the institution started to grow and various requests such as different tariffs and campaigns started to be formed. In consequence of this intense process including areas of demand, analysis, development and operation, KKTCELL was the first company to be transferred to 3G within TURKCELL Group successfully. Additionally, I took the roles of analysis and project management in various major projects such as Request Gathering Project, Campaign Management System, Turkcell Billing Assessment and DWH Project. In order to deepen my knowledge and experience in the field of big data, I decided to transfer to Turkcell Turkiye in 2020. Since May 2020, I have been working in the Core DWH team as Principal Data Analyst and Execution Lead. Since I have a command of all the fields of information and communication technologies in the telecommunication sector, seeing the main picture easily, “ensuring that the best work emerges in the most efficient way” by evaluating the resources I have in the most optimum way, and due to my special interest in human psychology, acting elaborately by understanding and listening to my team and all our associates I contacted with transparent communication can be considered among my strongest competences. Furthermore, I continue to be more experienced in the remote/distance management of the work and team psychology during the pandemic period. Marketing Capabilities ManagerKuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Mar 2018 - Jun 2019Cyprus• Within the scope of the agile transformation project, an extensive education was received in Turkcell HQ as the “Institution Representative”; know-how transfer was made in many subjects and the formation of 3 agile teams in ICT was ensured. • Within the scope of the “Fixed Internet” vision of the institution many analyses and studies were conducted as the “ICT Representative” in the new company buying project, a joint work was conducted with various departments in Turkcell Head Office regarding its adaptation to KKTCELL (regulation, pricing, finance, invoicing…etc.). • The team was mobilized for the structure of “Internet Packets”, which receives the most customer complaints and is an old structure to be transmitted to a new system; it was transmitted to the new structure by taking initiative. In this way, customer complaints were cancelled out. • Participation to the program of “Voluntary Mentorship” initiated in Turkcell group; mentorship training was received and mentoring was performed for 2 junior roles for 1 year. -
