With a strong belief in Online business I have supported the initial phase of H&M’s online sales strategy by deploying the platform in 9 online markets and 5 brands. Web shopping session completion and IVR functions have improved sales and customer care. The job consists of providing system management and resource plan, recruiting and setting up routines and supervising daily operation, support and further development of the solutions.
