About Serap Tosun
I have 15+ years of recruitment experience in agency settings and leading recruitment processes for organizations of up to 1800 people in the pharma, construction chemicals and tech industries. I hired 500+ people throughout my career. I set up all HR systems from scratch twice, implemented two ATS systems (Taleo and SuccessFactors Recruitment Modul), two HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Kariyernet) and one payroll program.I have received various training in Europe about assessment, giving feedback, gathering insight, effective leadership, job evaluation, grading and coaching.
