Lead the cyber risk advisory team and services in the northern region of Mexico. Services provided included: - Development of strategic and tactical plans for information technology and information security, aligned with organizational objectives and strategies, to support measurable and sustainable operating models. - Design and deployment of operating models for information security, including the principles, strategic objectives and conceptual definitions to support detailed components such as the organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, operational processes, etc.- Risks and information security assessments, based on different frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ITIL, etc.), standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, etc.) and laws / regulations (LFPDPPP, SOX, CNBV, etc.).- Penetration tests (ethical hacking) on networks, operating systems, databases, applications, mobile devices, etc., with a focus on critical information assets, based on organizations’ strategic priorities.- Support in analysis and response to cybersecurity incidents, providing support from initial triage and crisis management, during malware analysis and until forensic investigation.- Advanced cyber-intelligence and cyber threat hunting services, which allow proactive management of threats that may arise outside the known perimeter, and / or that have materialized within organizations.- Audits of information security/technology processes and controls, to identify gaps between current maturity levels and levels required to adequately support organizations' requirements.- Design of operations continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management plans, as well as the fundamentals definition to operate a business continuity management (BCM) model aligned with aspects of compliance and enterprise risk management.

Promote among the comunity interested in the subjects related to IT Governance, Security, Risk, Control and Audit, the benefits of being a member of ISACA International, by promoting conferences, training courses, workshops and seminars, coordinated by professionals volunteers.
