Currently, as a Systems Development Coordinator, I am responsible for leading the team of developers and effectively managing the workflow. During this period, I worked as a Systems Analyst in the Backoffice CDC (Consumer Direct Credit) team. My responsibilities included the technical supervision and guidance of development teams, ensuring quality and efficiency in the creation of technological solutions. Additionally, I was dedicated to supporting and training new programmers, helping them integrate into the team and develop their skills.A crucial part of my role was managing the budgeted hours in collaboration with the business area, ensuring that projects were executed within established timelines and budgets. The Systems Function stands out as the specialized provider of credit operations solutions with the widest range of products in the Financial System.During this period, I worked on the performance team, whose objective is to provide a stable environment for Financial Institutions, constantly working on continuous improvements in the Systems Function's platforms. The work involved analyzing the current environment (application servers and databases), production applications, understanding processing demand, throughput related to processes, and total execution time, correlating the obtained data with application routines to identify areas for improvement.At times, it was necessary to participate in a War Room with Financial Institutions, where the environment was experiencing instability and needed to be normalized. Often, it required analyzing the SQL Server operations and its engine to pinpoint the issue. During the analysis, it was essential to evaluate stored procedures, execution plans, SQL Server configurations, SP_WHO, among others. (SQL Tuning).

Bohm Solutions has over 30 years in the market, offering an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system focused on the industry, distribution, and import sectors.ERP Analysis was a software developed in Delphi, and my role was to contribute, alongside the development team, to the migration of the ERP to WPF (Oracle database - PL/SQL Developer), where I had the opportunity to learn about production, purchasing, logistics, and inventory.During this period, I was also assigned to develop a WMS (Warehouse Management System), which aims to optimize companies' logistical processes. In this case, one of the controls was carried out through barcode scanning, enabling the tracking of any item, or even during the entry of a new item, to visualize where it could be stored, considering its dimensions, thus improving control over inventory, movements, and warehouses.

Nexcode Systems has been in the market since the year 2000, offering access control solutions, providing greater security and well-being to its clients.This was my first opportunity in the software development field, where I began in-depth studies in C#. My role, alongside the development team, was to develop a new Access Control System for the Web platform, as the existing system was developed in VB6 for the Windows platform. I specifically worked with Silverlight, WPF, WCF, and Web Services, and integrated via Socket with Windows applications and controllers (hardware) and SQL Server.
