Employer Branding, Recruitment• Preparing monthly reports, preparation of all necessary performance and actions reports, reporting and monitoring business plans. Responsible for social media platforms and strategies.• Managing social media accounts and keeping reports ensuring corporate identity guideline in a proper way among 3rd parties. Dealing with agency and wholesaler rate agreements,contracts, allotments.• Advertise social content and actively source candidates leveraging social media to attract talent and develop candidate engagement for current and future opportunities• Supporting and designing internal and corporate communication projects based on employer branding strategies and employee commitment for employees, potential employees and students. Attend job fairs and recruitment events• Supporting and organizing internal and external events such as, anniversaries, award ceremonies, organizational meetings, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, press conferences, etc. Organizing events, trainings for interns (Reverse Mentoring etc.)
