In my role of senior project manager I was responsible for the management of Waters Empower software.This is one of the flagship products of Waters and one of the most used chromatography data system (CDS) all over the world and the most used software in the industry.I manage multiple teams from Romania and USA in order to achieve our stakeholders goals for this product.Multiple releases per year, multiple versions of software supported and a continuous improvement of the product.

I was responsible for end to end project management, which included all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.Here I coordinated all the people from my teams in order to achieve our stakeholders goals using the Agile methodology. We created solutions for the healthcare system and hospitals.The solution we developed is i.s.h.med, an EHR made to support health and care processes in more than 600 hospitals around the globe.

Here I was involved in the development of a mobile application that was created to control the home appliances made by Miele.We used Xamarin technology and the C# programming language.Some of my main activities during this time were:• Development of the Android side of the application• Development of the core of the application, the code that is common to both Android and iOS versions• UI/UX Development• Unit Testing In my time there I was also involved in other secondary activities: • Miele Value System Coordinator (internal projects coordination)• UX Design for the application• Scrum Master

Together with some of my friends I created a small start up company that adventured in the world of video games for PC and mobile devices.We used Unity3D as technology in order to create multiplatform games mainly for Windows - PC, Windows Phone (this was a thing back then) and Android.Being a start up I was involved in everything from development and design to project management, marketing and so on.
