- Be the first point of contact and professional referent/expert in terms of solving technical issues, interpreting warranty problems and provide solutions in case of ambiguous and technically challenging matters;- Act as Deputy Team Leader in his absence;- Manual “desk” review of all warranty claims blocked by PSA SAGAI system for all Peugeot and Citroen dealers;- Treatment of warranty in conjunction with PSA Peugeot Citroen direction (PSA) and PSA Peugeot Citroen National Sales Companies (NSC’s): validation and adjustment of claims and preapprovals, support warranty activities and provide warranty advice upon request;- Contribute to the definition and maintenance of professional policies of the platform;- Take part of the continuous development and regular delivery of professional training program within the Warranty Platform;- Ensure permanent full technical compliance of the team with MSXI platform strategy and PSA Warranty Policies and Procedures;- Keep contact with WPI team (warranty coaches/auditors), PSA dealers (network) and NSC staff in all matters relating to PSA warranty;- Ensure the best accessibility to his interlocutors and commit to reliable and fast response.
