• Respond to customers’ demands in terms of product information, pricing and supply availibility and deliver agreed sales targets by negotiating new orders and contracts • Build relationships with key business stakeholders and liaise with them all the commercial conditions and technical details • Feed international marketing with business data / info and develop effective strategies • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long term relationship • Develop knowledge of and monitor markets from the perspective of partners, customers and competitors• Prepare the sales objectives, build business plan and cases for Middle East and follow up

• Carry out international purchasing processes of stainless steel wire/coil materials • Identification and selection of suppliers and negotiation of commercial conditions (price, payment terms, etc.)• Follow up the orders including arranging the shipments and executing L/C transactions • Source new suppliers and extend the approved suppliers list• Search new export based clients who might benefit from company products and developing long- term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements• Ensure communication with customers and any other partner (carrier, custom broker) related to export processes
