I am responsible of HRBP and OD Team ( 8 colleagues ). I took an active role in OYAK inhouse HR ERP project web-based and mobile app ( DijitalİK ) which is for more than 38.000 employees and 38 companies. I am responsible all kind of Human Resources processes in Tool and R&D Plant of Beyçelik-Gestamp. I monitor staff absenteeism and reporting to department managers. I create and organize montly timekeepings of all Tool and R&D plants's employees. I organize kariyer.net ads and searching suitable candidates and organize job-interviews with me and If necessary with department managers.I improved recruitment skills with this position. I am responsible for also tracking finance bills which are related with my department and taking signature from department managers and sending to Accounting Department. I organize personnel administration(social security registries, contracts, HR system registries, keep personnel registration files up-to-date and etc.),preparing monthly HR reports(cost of transportation,food and cleaning).I am good at Microsoft Axapta(ERP). I am also responsible to organizing trainings of staff(5S,Kaizen,lean production etc.) I conduct reports and management information as and when required. I am responsible taking work&residence permit for all our foreign(Gestamp) employees and also for their families. I follow all foreign correspondence with Gestamp HR Department. Also besides this responsbile for taking visas for our Turkish employees. I also took first step to create Kaizen groups wtih our volunteer employees.I also responsibe about R&D process and reporting to goverment about our R&D timekeepings.

I was a finance-accounting trainee in Renault Trucks Türkiye(Turkey and EMEA Region).I was responsible to monitor the bank accounts of Renault Trucks and creating the daily Treasury Position of company.In finance department I also collected payment orders and sending to banks or other companies.During my trainee programme I was also part of accounting department.In accounting department,I was responsible to organize spare part's dispatch notes which sold by Renault Trucks Türkiye to dealers.

I did my HR Internship in Coats Turkey. I saw nearly all kind of process in this department. I gained different skills during this trainee programme. It changed my perspective in a good way. I was in charge of doing Psychometric Test for new candidates and giving results to my supervisor. I was also included some kind of HR activities. My departmant organized painting contest,which named "Safety in a work place" for employee's children and we organized also one large picnic organization for over 1200 people.(organizing the area,transportation etc.) My supervisor also showed me how SAP Fi&Co modules work and organizing papers of a employee's absence.
