Canada Life offers a comprehensive range of insurance and wealth management products. I oversaw an agile data migration project within the data team, focusing on the transition from an on-premise SQL Server to Snowflake using Azure Data Factory.Through proactive risk identification and effective communication, we successfully mitigated potential issues, and the project is completed within the planned timeframe and budget.

This was a D365 project developed by an implementation partner for Trivago's Finance department. I joined the project at the beginning of the design phase and managed coordination among the service provider, key users, internal project team, development team, audit team, and the steering committee. By introducing an agile mindset and managing internal team I helped bring structure to the project.

I joined the project in the development phase and worked with a team of software engineers, designers and copywriters. I started regular meetings with the participation of all members, acted also as a scrum master, coordinated the ongoing project and adapted the agile mindset. By setting up Jira,I provided a transparent environment to all team members via creating a backlog and attached user stories, acceptance criteria for each task. Performed A/B Tests for the gamification feature, performed UAT, created bug tickets supported with test steps and screencasts. Working on the product goal and the roadmap with the client, we revamp the project in six months and created the first MVP .

Starting my career here as SQL and .Net developer, later shaped as a Product Manager, I was responsible for managing the full development life cycle from analysis to QA and Deployment. I learned a great deal from being part of a complex project in a small team. The fast paced finance sector requires great stakeholder management and backlog prioritisation. Managing a third party service provider using Waterfall approach and having an internal development team working with Agile approach helped me to deeply understand the differences between each. My biggest contributions to the company were that I doubled the number of bug free releases with my detail oriented test approach, stayed calm in stressful urgent conditions, and established a stakeholder communication routine after releases. I was also involved in the IT Audits and got a finding free result in my first year.

Hannover Fairs Turkey of Deutsche Messe AG organize leading exhibitions in Turkey • Established Research and Business Development department in the company.• Migrated paper surveys to online surveying. Instant feedbacks from the online surveys during the exhibitions maximized the ratio of satisfied customers.• Measured marketing performance and defined improvement areas from operational work to promotional activities for all fair organizations of Hannover Fairs Turkey. • In-depth sector analysis (approximately 12 different sectors in four years), observing the competition, preparing SWOT analysis and recommendation for the board members in Hannover.• Responsible for Visitor Promotion marketing activities. Based on the research results creating new potential customer database to develop visitor quantity and quality.

GfK Turkey Panel Department provides consultancy services to manufacturer companies based on the Retail market data. My product was the research findings in Consumer Electronics and IT sectors.• Managing the expectations of the customers by understanding the technical state of the data production process.• In depth product mix analysis of product features, competitive pricing, distribution and promotion measurements. Harmonize the analysis with macro economic factors and prepare reports to provide marketing insight to the customers.• Present reports to Managerial Departments; Marketing & Sales divisions of the manufacturer companies.• Additional to the Panel Retail data, generating syndicated results with Ad Hoc measurements to provide the client inspiring consumer insights• Identify & build on revenue growth opportunities within the existing customer base and continually evaluate & develop potential prospects.
