• Acted as a Solution Sales Executive in solution sales job role who is responsible for the enterprise sale of Vodafone's ; Cloud&Hosting , Datacenter , Security , Colloboration and Managed Services solutions • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the Solution Sales Team• Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team• Direct Quota responsibility to achieve the annual sales target for whole Vodafone Turkey Enterprise Solutions.• Forecast annual, yearly , quarterly and monthly sales revenue• Work with Product , Presales and Delivery Teams to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of sales activities• Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.

• Execute sales activities of Mobile and Fix Vas products • Work with Sales team to lead generate for Customer Segments.• Knowledge of all Datacenter Visualisation technologies , Fixed/Mobile Voice Networks , Telecom• MPLS Architecture and Development and Telecom Security Services.• Work with Fixed & Mobile Product Management and Marketing to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team.• Ensure of understanding the scenarios, within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical needs.• Ensure of understanding business problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs.• Ensure all activities are applied inline with time tables and budgets so that VF Turkiye can achieve its annual results and revenue targets• Manage special projects as assigned by management to meet customer and cross-functional team needs.• Creating presentations that summarise business benefits of the solution .• Coordinate Sales Team (Sales Rep, Presales and other members) respond to RFI/RFP’s.• Negotiating sales agreements in synch with the legal procedures of the company.• Direct Quota responsibility to achieve the annual sales target• Establish effective relations with other departments, especially sales and presales teams. , Projects teams and product teams so that Solution Consultant Team can handle business more effectively and efficiently.• Establish effective relations with the key customers and kingpins within whole sales segments to ensure that VF is the preferred supplier for telecommunication.

Maintenance of IP/MPLS Core backbone that using Juniper, Cisco ASR routers and Cisco, Huawei switches with L3VPN and L2VPN Solutions,Troubleshooting and Maintenance of the network based on the Incident&Requests related to the Vodafone, Vodafone Customers,Design and implementation of redundancy and load balancing scenarios,Design and implementation of QoS for Customers using Voice, Video and Data.Support for some VIP Customer L2 and L3 local network that have a large local area network,Configuration of 3G Backup services for specific customers,Support for some field services and end-to-end troubleshooting
