- Sliding door system engineering responsible of TOFAŞ D263 and D636 projects- Directly in contact with customer and supporting with complaints and/or enhancements- Regarding the requests from customer, carrying out the PECR Management phases under  - Defining the issue (design, manufacturing, improvement, cost, etc...)  - Developing the solution and implementing to the current system  - Preparation CAD Data & Releasing 2D Drawings by CATIA & NX  - Carrying out prototyping process  - Validating prototype parts  - Releasing the data to serial phase- Supporting departments for issues related with production & quality- Creating & Updating eBoMs- Keeping the DFMEA Up-to-Date- Conducting VAVE Studies- Preparing Tolerance stack-up calculations- Kinematic & Dynamic Analysis of sliding door systems for  - Verification of new designs & stack-up analysis   - Interference control of sub elements

- Validating new project and engineering changes regarding to product life-cycle requirementS- Carrying out annual layout tests, to check the effect of manufacturing variations on product characteristics- Inspecting products’ functionality throughout the test and following tendencies to oversee possible risks- Preparation of test reports, releasing and archiving.- Conducting test plans and cost studies. Organizing existing test benches and tools, if capacities are insufficient or nonexistent , planning equipment investment studies for test/project budget- Organizing investment proposals by preparing technical specification. Supporting agreed supplier with design and manufacturing phases- Updating instructions and procedures by following customer system design specifications (SDS). Supporting product engineering with the knowledge of design criteria and validation requirements- Collecting position, velocity , acceleration, stress, strain and force data by using data acquisition hardware (DAQ) Dewe43- Providing support as an expert of sliding door systems by directly get in contact with the OEM, organizing studies and workshops in place

- Management of make to print projects of wheeled excavator & tractor cabins by being directly in contact international customer (FIAT CNH)- Feasibility control of CAD Data sent by the customer and conducting modifications/or creating alternative designs respect to manufacturability limits and design requirements. (Which consists of sheet metal parts, plastic trims and electronic components)- Preparation of final part and manufacturing CAD Data & Drawings via Pro/E WF4.5 & WF5- Management of eBOM & mBOM- Finding suppliers for trim and off-site parts, organizing frequent controls and workshops for problem solving- Executing cost studies at the beginning of the project and keeping it up-to-date until start-up phase- Supporting robotic welding fixture design & application team with the necessary welding requirements & parameter optimization- Supporting production & assembly departments with encountered problems in manufacturing and implementing solutions- Completing fixture modification and welding parameter optimization of WHEX (wheeled excavator) sub-assembly welding fixture- Improving the design of front sliding window design for WHEX project
