I am a solution-oriented and customer satisfaction focused services and project manager with an extensive background having worked in various organizations where I provided preventive-regulative-progressive end-to-end solutions and services with an ITIL point of view.My time in local and multinational companies I worked for, allowed me to improve my skills on ITSM operations, strategy and process consultancy. I have more than enough expertise in service management including managed services management, resource management, contract and SLA management, B2B modeling relationship management and strategic partnership management.Primary focus of mine is the stability of customer satisfaction and loyalty by finding persistent creative solutions with clear deadlines.
