At Vodafone Qatar, the Technology Senior Domain Managers are responsible for identifying fit for purpose, cost effective solutions that meet business objectives and deliver quality Customer Experiences. Senior Managers develops medium to long term Solution Roadmaps, drives domain planning and execution. They are also the “go to person” for Business Stakeholders and Partners regarding responsible Domain (Digital Channels). In addition to Domain Management responsibilities, I am also successfully managing all the agile deliveries under the hood of Information Systems which includes several Agile Teams such as Mobile Apps, Web Technologies, CRM Open UI, VAS, Chatbots, IVR and USSDMajor Achievements - Complete revamp and modernization of Vodafone Qatar's official web page (Vodafone.qa) with a cloud native architecture- Introduction of Enterprise Self Care- Full modernization of `My Vodafone Application` with best timelines with in Vodafone Group.
