Originally from London, UK, I have spent the past 9 years growing my career in Melbourne, Australia, and exploring this wonderful country.I joined the Fulton Hogan team in 2019 as a Microsurfacing works officer where I have been able to gain industry-specific skills and experience as well as apply the skills I brought with me from years in the civil construction space. Being promoted to team Supervisor, I now manage a team of skilled workers completing government and local council contracts throughout Australia. I am a keen, motivational and detail oriented manager with a passion for getting the job done in a timely manner, but also with safety front of mind, always. My team would describe me as dedicated, passionate and fair. My role at Fulton Hogan has given me the opportunity to grow not only in my management skills and front line experience, but also in the back end project management function. Both sides of this come together beautifully to create a broad picture of what it takes to win, plan, and execute contracts from end to end. I am excited to continue to grow and be a fundamental part of growing our Microsurfacing team further.
