Since 2006, I have been working in the automotive industry, mainly in R&D and Purchasing departments. During these 18 years, I had the opportunity to work in various projects in many companies / OEMs and I consider them to be extremely instructive and beautiful adventures in terms of personal and technical development.So far, most of my experience has involved plastic product design of vehicles that are related to exterior trim parts such as bumpers, grills, door clading, sigla, aero panel/undercover, glazing and wiping/washer systems.After 13 years of experience at Tofaş/Stellantis, I started to work as Plastic Product Development and Mold Technologies manager at Assan Hanil R&D about 1.5 years ago. With a team of 9 people, we manage OEM demands both as BtP and FSS/Codesign. We serve as both mold implementation and product development/implementation.And main expectation of the customers are that the product should be engaged according to the project milestones and forecasted budget requirements and the quality level must be guaranteed as a zero customer claim.
