Managing Operational Information Delivery group which is responsible for meeting operational reporting needs of Akbank.Architecting operational reporting infrastructure serving more than 2500 users with roughly 15000 reports from across the bank. • Coordination of efforts to migrate operational reporting platform from BO v5.1 to BO XI R3• Coordination of a team responsible for supporting operational reporting needs of bank's business users.• Active involvement in the project for creation an ODS system to be run on Netezza platform and migration of BO reports and universes.Active involvement and coordination of POC efforts for purchasing;• A new database platform to meet mixed workload needs of the bank.
