I am in charge of managing/following up the every step starting from sampling(development) till the shipping. Zara, Bershka, Puma, Nautica, Decathlon, LCW, Hummel, Dockers, Kinetix are some of the brands that we are working with in footwear category.*Meetings with current/potential customers to run business.*Leading/supporting R&D to create new styles in terms of latest fashion/trends and customer's needs.*Coordinating with R&D departmant to let them make proper samples of shoes according to customer's needs, revieving the comments from customer side, letting R&D to make revised samples if needed and getting signed/stamped confirmation sample to let production team use as refferance.*Support/revise(if needed) production planning and make sure orders get shipped on time.*Following/coordinating customer's RSL/Sustainability policies and complate/follow missing points.*Examining customer's packing manual & standards and leading related departmants (production, purchasing, planning) to get prepared.*İmporting components from Asia (if needed), coordinating shipment and custom processes.*Helping customers by answering their enquiries.*Working with production team to follow up if the shoes are being produced properly.*Following up the warehouse , check and send PL, invoices to related departmants.I am currently leading PUMA's L4L project.
