Programming the test automation system with Twincat 3.Selection of automation equipments of relevant project specifications.Programming linear actuator hydrolic test system which have linear force up to 300kN. For this system, Rexroth hydraulic servo valve is used with EtherCAT communication. Programming 6-dof, 5 ton payload Stewart platform by using inverse kinematic algorithm with Kollmorgen servo drives and Beckhoff industrial PC. EtherCAT is used to communicate with servo drives. Another small size of Stewart platform is programmed with Canopen protocol. Giving technical support to other projects for electrical motor selection .Making mechanical calculations in the prototype development process of the actuator.Mechanical modelling of actuator in Matlab simulink.Bidding for the automation parts of the new projects.Responsible for preparing the actuator test procedures, performing the tests and creating the result documents.
