Stay informed about industry trends and quickly respond market needs, adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.• Lead Virtual Fit (VC) sessions with head office teams, creating specifications, sample comments, and sharing feedback with suppliers.• Provide technical support for the clothing production from design to manufacture. Need to understand production processes, fabric properties and product engineering • Ensure compliance with product safety standards and technical certificates (e.g., BS, ISO, EU standards), conducting risk assessments and analyzing test reports. • Conduct regular supplier audits to review and enhance quality systems and production processes, maintaining a reliable supply base aligned with quality and sourcing strategies.• Support Manager in advancing strategic initiatives and assigned projects.
