• Manage product development in collaboration with UK head office and suppliers, ensuring adherence to production requirements.
• Collaborate closely with designers and buyers, to establish strong relationships with suppliers and head office teams. Stay informed about industry trends and quickly respond market needs, adapt sourcing strategies.
• Lead Virtual Fit (VC) sessions with head office teams, creating specifications, sample comments, and sharing feedback with suppliers.
• Provide technical support for the clothing production from design to manufacture. Need to understand production processes, fabric properties and product engineering
• Ensure compliance with product safety standards and technical certificates (e.g., BS, ISO, EU standards), conducting risk assessments and analyzing test reports.
• Conduct regular supplier audits to review and enhance quality systems and production processes, maintaining a reliable supply base aligned with quality and sourcing strategies.

• Review quality risks during sample development stages, ensuring proactive identification and resolution.
• Evaluate supplier’s quality performance
• Analyze and visualize the monthly quality data to use further improvement.
• Follow BS quality requirements AQL to conduct inspection
• Provide comprehensive training on quality standards to suppliers, manufacturers, and internal quality control teams.
