I initiate and currently progress with three new business solutions with confirmed customer demand in the multi-billion EUR range. I supervised quality transformation within a half-billion-dollar UPS enterprise as a key member of the senior leadership team. Created UPSs ranging from 10kW to 1,5 MW for global markets and spearheaded strategy pivot to devise robust product and test platforms. I rolled out project execution processes, such as stage/gate, Six Sigma, and 8D to address quality issues.
