I supervised quality transformation within a half-billion-dollar UPS enterprise as a key member of the senior leadership team. I managed the quality across +30 MUSD development/evolution projects, an extensive supplier network, and manufacturing operations across India, the Philippines, China, Spain, the USA, and Mexico.Key Achievements:• Facilitated successful turnaround and praised as "best practice" by Bureau Veritas Audit.• Achieved the fastest and first successful implementation of "early order" for the customer, installing and operationalising products at the customer site before the official launch and product testing program completion.

I led a 150-member organisation over four sites, including Kolding (DK), Shanghai (CN), Bangalore (IN), and Monterrey (MEX). Created UPSs ranging from 10kW to 1,5 MW for global markets and spearheaded strategy pivot to devise robust product and test platforms. Constructed technology roadmap and efficiently updated product roadmap. Cultivated innovative culture, yielding numerous incremental and disruptive innovations.Key Achievements:• Successfully transformed test function and expanded ODM activities in China for dual offer strategy.• Minimised development time and budgets, resulting in a record number of product releases in 2019.• Enhanced operating model leading to an unparalleled reduction in time to market.• Overhauled test function, accounting for 25% of the development schedule by optimising labs/equipment strategy and reducing annual power consumption by 1 GW.

I rolled out project execution processes, such as stage/gate, Six Sigma, and 8D to address quality issues.
