As Chief Happiness Officer at Treedom (with 110 team members as of June 2022) I led the HR strategy and operations across all of Treedom's business units, with a strong focus on the corporate priority of keeping people and their well-being at the center of the organization. Areas of ownership included:-Company Culture and Values: Monitor and support the development of corporate culture to support business and employee happiness;-Talent Acquisition: Supervise and coordinate the entire employee cycle (recruiting & selection, candidate experience, employer branding);-Onboarding: Organize the entry of new employees from their start so that they are enabled to become operational as soon as possible;-Employee Experience and Wellbeing: Create tools and processes that provide all employees with a motivating, positive, and constructive experience for themselves and the company such as feedback sessions, team building, individual and group training and coaching activities. Providing guidance for conflict resolution;-Welfare Program: Organize and supervise the employee welfare program for employees, check and update with national laws and regulations;-OKRs: Development and monitoring of team okrs and their quarterly update;-Performance and Feedback: Creating and monitoring semi-annual feedback sessions and performance;-Compensation and Benefits: Design a compensation package and guidelines and, conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmark;-Learning and Development: Creating learning strategies, evaluating development needs, designing and delivering training programs, and managing budgets and vendor relationships;-Diversity and Inclusion: Implementing inclusion programs;-Engagement and Internal Communications: Create, implement and oversee internal communications programs, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its changes and decision;-Company Policies and Procedures: Create, implement and review HR policies
