I am one of the two primary health educators for Lancaster General Health’s employee wellness program. I oversee and facilitate health screenings, presentations, wellness challenges, our wellness vendor platform and the health coaching program. I work closely with our population, answering questions and providing easy access into our program. I evaluate our wellness program and use epic for data entry and analysis. I also teach ballet barre exercise classes to employees.
