Serena is a CPA with over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Finance for various startups, public firms and private companies. She has also been a successful real estate investor by buying and selling single-family houses investment properties in the bay area. Her twenty years of real estate investment experience and extensive knowledge of taxation give her an advantage in helping her clients make better informed decisions regarding their real estate needs. She brings to the table the necessary real estate acumen, enthusiasm, cultural sensitivity, and a personal dedication to the individual needs of each of those she represents. She is able to communicate in three languages - English, Mandarin and Cantonese, further cementing her on the cutting edge in the real estate business.Prior to joining Kranz & Associate as Financial Consultant, Serena was an Assistant Controller at Jewish Senior Living Group which she managed the entire financial aspects for the three organizations. During her tenure, she produced monthly consolidated financial statements, special reports to the senior management and the Finance Committees. Serena was instrumental in developing annual $65 million budget and managed $90 million investments in the Foundation.
